Over 50’s, Land Lease Communities (LLC) are one of the fastest growing retirement models, and are expanding into and replacing large sectors of the more traditional Retirement Village models, which are finding it hard to compete with this new and exciting retirement product.

Compared to the traditional DMF, RVA-legislated models, the LLC model falls under separate legislation as manufactured housing estates (MHE), and is a completely different business model and mindset for developers and operators.
